Well… there’s certainly no way around it – this is a very weird time for all of us.
And a scary time.
And a stressful time.
And a time when our own health is more important then ever before.
COVID-19 and the world response to slowing its spread have impacted every part of our daily life. Interactions we take for granted suddenly become fraught with implications – is this okay? Am I doing the right thing? But darn it – I really want a donut! I’ll just run in and run out…
People are feeling anxious about their jobs, their kids schools, and all the small businesses that mean so much to a city and the neighborhoods we live in. The news brings no relief – the numbers are increasing everyday, whether it’s active cases or the trillions of dollars we need to keep this whole thing together.
But together is the thing that will bring us through. You might be on the front lines of healthcare, or the front lines of homeschool, or the front lines of the grocery store keeping us all fed. You might be doing your part by sewing masks, or running errands for others, or just staying home and staying safe. But we’re all doing this together. And more importantly, we’re doing it for each other.
So where does CBD fit into all this? Well, for the most part it doesn’t – not when food and shelter and toilet paper are topping the list. These are the times when we start to actively decide what we can go without. When it’s everything we can do to stay safe, healthy, and sane, nothing else seems quite as important as it did 2 weeks ago. But if CBD can help, now is the time to make it part of your daily routine.*
Boosting your immune system, regulating your sleep cycle, reducing that ball of stress we’re all carrying around – these are important things to do if possible.
So please stay home if you can, but stay safe at all costs. We will get through this together.

*Just make sure the CBD you’re getting is bioavailable so your body can use it right away.
