We ship across the United States via UPS Ground. We generally try to fulfill orders within 1-2 days from the time of ordering.
Due to existing or pending legislation in these states, we cannot ship to Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, or South Dakota.
All packages are inspected for quality before leaving our warehouse. If your package is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation.
All orders ship with instructions for the driver to leave the package upon delivery. Please note in your order if you would like a signature release.
We understand packages can get lost in transit, but we will not be responsible for shipments where the tracking information indicates "delivered".
Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. (We know this seems obvious, but we have to say it.)
